Found out what it was. There were multiple copies of various libraries that were different versions throughout the computer. Somtheing really went awry so I killed it and decided to make it again.....pressure is on, hast to be up by Monday....gotta love it!!!
The png thing wasn't only in qmailmrtg....it was all over the place and inconsistent.
