Thanks for the ideas.

I wrote a small script that copied the usernames, passwords and domains into a file, then using the tools in the /bin/ directory, entered the domains, email accounts and aliases using ./vadd* utilities.

You will probably have to create the users by hand on the new server (log in and create each one). Then on the old server, go into their Maildir and copy the mail into their new Maildir on the new server. Make sure you're putting them in the correct spot (Maildir/cur) and then once they login they should see their old messages.
