Hello, I am not sure what you are looking for but installation of apache/php has nothing to do with the installation of QT. QT installation & management is in English language only ( and Spanish custommade basis, anyone else?? )
If you need Korean language for apache/php, I will suggest you to recompile apache/php with Korean language support.
