I just finished migrating from a sendmail platform to a qmail platform and
have a number of scripts that make the job easy. There are also a few tricks
to getting the forwards to behave correctly as well. Drop me an email at
[EMAIL PROTECTED] and I can arrange to get them over to you.

It shouldn't be too hard. A little time intensive, but not difficult.
There's tools to convert Sendmail's MBox format to Maildir, but the hard
part will be creating all the domains and users, and then moving the files
to the correct directories to convert them. After that it shouldn't be too
difficult. I think Life With QMail had a section in it about migrating from
Sendmail to QMail, and I know there's hundreds of web posts about it.
