I'm having a problem, what should I do before sending an e-mail to the mailing list? First you should attempt to clearly define the problem. "It doesn't work" is not enough information to get any help. If the problem is during compiling please include the name of the Linux distribution you are using and where you got stuck. In addition pasting the last ten lines of where your compile stopped would help immensely. If your problem started after installation, please describe all symptoms as clearly as possible. For example, if you can send mail through the webmail, but you get a rejection when using smtp through Outlook. Screenshots are always welcome, but please put them on a web server and do not flood the mailing list with attachments. Also include logs of whatever subsystem is giving you problems. Here are some good troubleshooting rules of thumb for determining which logs to send.
