Hi Supriyo
It's problem is result by SPF, view this link...
http://www.openspf.org/wizard.html?mydomain=srt.com&a=yes&mx=yes&ptr=yes&a_c
olon=regular+hostnames&mx_colon=srt.com.mail9.psmtp.com&ip4_colon=IP+address
es&include=example.com&all=yes&record_so_far=%22v%3Dspf1+a+mx+ptr+mx%3Asrt.c
om.mail9.psmtp.com+%7Eall%22&use_built_from_args=1

Test for srt.com domains, change the domain information...

Paste this into your zone file:

srt.com. IN TXT "v=spf1 a mx ptr mx:srt.com.mail9.psmtp.com ~all"

When a mail server sends a bounce message, it uses a null MAIL FROM: <>, and
a HELO address that's supposed to be its own name. SPF will still operate,
but in "degraded mode" by using the HELO domain name instead. Because this
wizard can't tell which name your mail server uses in its HELO command, it
lists all possible names, so there may be multiple lines shown below. If you
know which hostname your mail server uses in its HELO command, you should
pick out the appropriate entries and ignore the rest.

So this should also appear in DNS. You may or may not be in charge of the
DNS for these entries; if you are, add them.

*.mail9.psmtp.com. IN TXT "v=spf1 a -all"
srt.com.mail10.psmtp.com. IN TXT "v=spf1 a -all"
srt.com.mail11.psmtp.com. IN TXT "v=spf1 a -all"
srt.com.mail12.psmtp.com. IN TXT "v=spf1 a -all"
srt.com.mail9.psmtp.com. IN TXT "v=spf1 a -all"

I also received the mails and the same were flagged of as spam. The mail
header goes like this:

  Delivered-To: mailing list [email protected]
  Received: (qmail 23908 invoked by uid 89); 17 Jan 2006 22:19:20 -0000
Received-SPF: unknown (ns1.ndhsoft.com: domain at srt.com does not
  designate permitted sender hosts)
  From: "nick" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
  To: <[email protected]>

>From the SPF stamp it seems the mail originated from srt.com (216.221.96.26)
and was relayed through ns1.ndhsoft.com (216.221.103.226) ?

Howzzat!

Mine's being flagged as SPAM, but it's not exceeding the 13 ceiling to be
dumped straight to sa-learn My virus scanner (McAfee on my Win box) is also
catching it and quarantining it. I'd like to think Nick knows already.... I
can't tell where it's coming from, since the header was rewritten by the
mail list server.
