There's some general info about the Toaster package over at the wiki
(wiki.qmailtoaster.com), and I have some info on setting up spamassasin
over on my site (jakev.com/qmail)
You may also want to check out Rules Emporium (google it). They have
some good rulesets to add to spamassassin, as well as a lot of useful
documentation.
If you want to make notes on what all you do, feel free to send them my
way and I'll paste them into the wiki.
