I adjusted Zabbix once to monitor my servers, but it wasn't something I
kept up with. Basically it (Zabbix is very similar to Nagios, just
easier to set up) monitors the queue, and number of messages in/out.
That's about it, though, besides checking to make sure port 25 answers.
