You could do something like this with maildrop, I believe. You'd have to read up on their documentation (I read enough to get myself in trouble). That's where sa-learn gets the email from. Maildrop runs a script called /etc/mail/mailfilter on the message (after spamassassin scores it), and down towards line 89 cc's it to sa-learn. I can't see why you couldn't CC it to a different email, though.
