It seems to be missing ucspi-tcp-toaster-0.88 and qmailmrtg-
toaster-4.2. But when I try to reinstall these rpms rpm tells me they
are allready installed. Do you know which rpm cotains qmail-popup?

It didn't install fully then. Instead of using a script you may try
manually rebuilding the qmail-toaster file so you can see if any
errors pop up.
Did you do a 'rpm -qa | grep toaster' to make sure it's all there?
