where can i set this qlifetime in backup server as 5 hours & main server 2 hrs.i mean which file to edit.

That's it if all you want is a caching backup-server. What it will do is accept emails for your domains, and then try and deliver them to the main MX in 5 minute increments until the main MX accepts, or the queuelifetime is exceeded. I usually keep the queuelifetime on the backup MX's set at 5 hours or so, with the queuelifetime set for 2 hours on the main MX - allows the users to get an error message back within 2 hours if an email was misspelled or something; allows them to resend their emails the same day that way. Otherwise they won't know the send failed until the next day, which can be too late here.
