Possible. You can also manually stop the services in this format:
svc -d /var/qmail/supervise/spamd /var/qmail/supervise/spamd/log
That will stop spamd and the logging for it. Insert for other services.
I can't say how the rest of QM will function, though. I don't know if it
checks to see if other services are live or not.
