Is there command to turn-on / turn-off "Spam Detection" for all users,
instead of changing the setting user by user at qmailadmin web interface?

Thanks in advance.

Detection option in the admin pages for each user, this will make spam
be delivered to their inboxes and will still be flagged as spam.

No way to get it with POP3 account . I've also tried to create it
manually but with no luck :-/ . My idea was to give a user the chance
to move Spam messages not recognized to the spam folder without the
need to use Squirrelmail but it seems that it's the only way.... Any
suggestions?

any of the folders created by users, since it contacts the server,
queries for new messages (INBOX), downloads them, then disconnects. The
only way I know of to see the other folders is by using IMAP or
webmail.
