most likely php globals is set to off. in my case i had to turn php
globals on, restart apache, and then the password change worked fine. i
then turned php globals back of and restarted apache. if i was smarter
i would edit the toaster-admin php script to account for php globals
being off so i don't have to do this workaround in the future. :)
