When you turn on Spam-Detection in QMail-Admin for the user, it
automatically creates the Spam folder, and any emails that score more
than (if I remember the score right...) 15 points gets moved directly to
the Spam folder and not the user's Inbox. You can adjust the score
threshold in the mailfilter file.
