You're saying that mail coming in is getting rejected, right? Sounds like you need to put your domain(s) into the rcpthosts file (/var/qmail/control/rcpthosts). I, for example, have 8 domains hosted on my mail server, and all of these domains are listed in rcpthosts, each on a separate line.
