It is still available for download but is unsupported. If you use the current download & current install scripts, vqadmin is NOT installed.
The code is available for download but horridly out of date. My point is that unless a coder steps up, or Inter7 picks development back up, this package will be deprecated in the future since it doesn't work well with the current releases of the vpopmail.
