You'll need to do some diagnostics the next time it happens. When you
send from squirrelmail to your hotmail and they're not getting there,
check the queue. Also check your /var/log/qmail/send/current log and see
what it's saying when the file is not getting there.
As far as when you send from your Hotmail account and they're going into
the junk folder.... Hotmail messages will normally not do this unless
you've modified something or they're coming from a spoofed machine. Look
at the header info of the email and post what it's saying in there.
