The default configuration of the qmailtoaster has clamav integrated.
No need for extra configuration.

With simscan, the compoenent that glues clamav to qmail, the default
is to block e-mails containing viruses. You will have to edit the
simscan spec file (and possibly the source code) and rebuild the rpm
to change the default behavior.
