Yes, 2 servers. 1. smtp 2a. I didn't want to add my internal ip to the SPF (no good reason why). 2b. I didn’t know about this. I added my ip to tcp.smtp and I am now able to send.
Thanks for your help Erik. -----Original Message----- From: Erik Espinoza [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Sent: Monday, April 17, 2006 3:18 PM To: [email protected] Subject: Re: [qmailtoaster] SPF To confirm, you have two servers: 1) Slackware + Horde/IMP 2) CentOS + QmailToaster You want all of the webmail stuff to go thru the Slackware server, And you want the CentOS/QmailToaster to just handle the e-mail. If this is correct I have 2 Questions? 1) What method for sending e-mail via Horde/IMP on Slackware? SMTP or Sendmail? 2a) If you're using the sendmail method in Horde/IMP, have you added your 'webmail' servers IP (Slackware + Squirrelmail) to your spf records as a server allowed to send for your domain? 2b) If you're using the smtp method in Horde/IMP, have you added a rule in '/etc/tcprules.d/tcp.smtp' on the CentOS/QmailToaster box to allow unauthenticated SMTP from your 'webmail' boxes IP address?
