Hey Nurcahyo,

Let's see which one of those was causing a problem. I'd recommend
doing two tests:

1) Remove the -D from /var/qmail/supervise/smtp/run and see if it
still retains the speed.

2) If the first test remains fast, then you will have to re-add the
blacklists, one at a time. That way you'll see if one of the
blacklists is bad or slow to respond.
