Have you set the Inbox root path to "INBOX." (with the period) in your

Hi all,
When using IMAP to read my mail the send messages are coppied to the
server in Send directory. At that point the "copy to Send folder"
process hung up and never finishes.
IMAP filters work through Thunderbird and don't they do just that: copy
message to imap folder.
Checked the imap-ssl logs - nothing disturbing there.
Any hint are wellcome

Hi,
I had this same issue, but i resolved it by telling Thunderbird where
my IMAP Sent folder is.
1. Go to your account properties.
2. Go to "Copies & Folders"
3. Check the "Place a copy in:"
4. Choose "Other:" and in the list choose your Sent Items folder.
5. Do the same for Drafts folder.
That's what fixed it for me.

Thanks Shai,
I found that myself too :)
