To the best of my knowledge, you can increase the limit in /etc/php.ini,
but this will increase it for everyone system wide. I do not think there
is a way with Toaster to do it per user. If you want to increase it
system wide, look for the line that says
; Maximum allowed size for uploaded files.
upload_max_filesize = 3M
(your size may be different than mine). It's about 500 lines into the
config.
