[qmailtoaster] Upgrade script

The script to upgrade your Toaster installation is back on my site 
(http://v2gnu.com/qmail). Devendra was nice enough to update the old 
script I'd thrown together to work with the new packages and distros, so 
I've put it back online. Several users have reported success with the 
script, from Fedora and Cent4.3.
