I presently use an internet based fax service to send faxes to my customers.  I do so by addressing my emails as follows:  [EMAIL PROTECTED]

But the "fax" travels unsecurely through the internet to get to the provider.

I am interested in a more secure method and they have posted a method on their website (http://www.send2fax.com/secure-internet-fax.asp), they say they can meet my needs as follows:

"You can establish a securely connection between your Exchange server and our system. This will enable a company wide ability to send secure faxes without the need to install or configure anything on the client computers.
You will need to create a new SMTP connector and enable TLS (SSL over SMTP) over it.
The instructions are identical for Exchange 2003 and Exchange 2000."

Unfortunately, the instructions provided are not for Qmail.  Although I am almost certain I can configure Qmail to send emails to their server via smtproutes, I do not know what to put into smtproutes file so that only secure fax messages are sent to their server and how to activate TLS.

By the way, I would direct messages to their server by using the "[EMAIL PROTECTED]"

Your guidance would be greatly appreciated.

If the mail is addressed to the exchange server you shouldn't have to
add artificial routes. I don't think I fully understand what you are
trying to accomplish. Perhaps you can explain the scenario a little
more clearly.
