So, you will find your error when installation some package.
I think its error because any dependencies you didn't installed.

Edit your spec of simscan-toaster.spec (this file in directory /usr/src/redhat/SPECS/ or another)

# rpm -Uvh /usr/src/redhat/RPMS/x86_64/simscan-toaster*.rpm
Oke...., if you find error with dependencies, find it, install it, OK!

As for me try very very easy installation method for beginning http://www.qmailtoaster.com/info/EZ-QmailToaster-MailServer.txt ... Its useful and fast. Only follow steps.. So, you will never struggle about file dependencies.

package, in your case, trying to build the qmailadmin-toaster you have to
have ezmlm-toaster, autorespond-toaster, vpopmail-toaster and qmail-toaster

Either pipe your output and error to a file or send it to less.
Try this:
sh cnt4064-install-script.sh 2>&1 | less
That will redirect stderr to stdout and page both of them for you.
