Thank you, I know a lot of people are trying to get this to work.

I'm interested in both options. At the moment, I've got 2 bind servers
running the domain at another location. And I installed the caching server
on the local mail server.

Mattias - I feel your pain.  i've been working on it for a week, and
have just figured it out last night.
First - how are you going to set it up?  are you going to use a bind
server to host the dns record and just put the djbdns caching server on
your qmail server?  or were you wanting to run the full djbdns dns
server on your qmail server?
