verp (Variable envelope return paths) doesn't seem to be working with my qmail-toaster program. I created the following file:
.qmail-test-default

which contains
&[EMAIL PROTECTED]

But when I send to "[EMAIL PROTECTED]" it says "no mailbox here by that name". I checked the forums and google and I'm still trying to figure out what's going on. Anyone know?

It looks like you're trying to create a catch-all account. You'll want to do this in QmailAdmin. Toaster also uses the chkuser patch, which queries the MySQL DB when a email comes in to see if the destined user exists as a mailbox or an alias. If it does not, it drops the SMTP connection. To do what you're looking to, you need to create the address in the DB somehow.
