Yeah I was thinking along those lines as well.
I have checked the logs plenty of times, and there are no errors. I
can tail -f pop/current and watch users POP all day long from
different IPs. Even when I attempt from the blocked IP, it shows
login success.
I run a traceroute from the mail server to my IP and it drops off at
about the 5th hop.
So I'm now thinking its a networking issue somewhere.

I just wanted to know if there is anything I could check, and from
what what I can tell all my bases have been covered.

No problem. Is it only when the specific IP sends emails, or when they receive emails? You would see something in the SMTP log if it was them sending. POP only is for them to get their emails. I wasn't 100% clear on where the flow was breaking down.
