The qmailadmin "Spam" setting was removed. This was due to the lack of
compatibility with quotas.

I'm new to the toaster, but I didn't know that spam settings were
included with qmailadmin. It'd be nice if they were.
See /etc/mail/spamassassin/local.cf for "old fashioned" settings.
