Hi Marco, I think the domainkey on Bind setup may be different for Windows than for Linux. Check out http://jeremy.kister.net/howto/dk.html
According to his info, your zone file should look like this: _domainkey.kmtconsult.com.br. IN TXT "t=y; o=-"; default._domainkey.kmtconsult.com.br. IN TXT "your-key-very-long" I use djbdns so I'm sorry for the lack in info.
