Hi Erik and Slump, Do a qmailctl stat and look to see if the logging is working, or if it has errored out. If it has error out, check the /var/log/qmail/* ownerships. The proper ownerships are qmaill:qmail
I believe you may have an ownership problem with some files. Check the ownership of /home/vpopmail/* to see if it shows vpopmail:vchkpw, or does it show some numeric value. Let us know what you find.
