[qmailtoaster] No IMAP folders created

I Know I only posted recently regarding this, but no one seems to have said much about the issue, and also I have some more info.   Ive tried creating new email domains and then creating new users, but I still don’t get the files ‘courierimapsubscribed’ and ‘courierimapuiddb’ created for the user.
