I don't know exactly what the problem is. I get these messages too, but
mine are primarily spam coming from the outside. Yours appears to be
coming from inside (remote <localhost:unknown:127.0.0.1>). Does
[EMAIL PROTECTED] mean anything to you?
What was your previous version of the toaster?
Are other emails being processed ok?
CHKUSER is the patch to qmail that's doing the rejecting (I *do* like
CHKUSER's log messages, as they're better than no log messages at all
which happens some cases). You need to start looking there.
