For all outgoing e-mail do the following
echo ":mail.isp.com username password" > /var/qmail/control/smtproutes

I need to configure my office server such that all outbound mails are
relayed to my ISP which uses authentication before relaying.
I had tried configuring the same after going through the instructions in
'/var/qmail/doc/README.remote-auth' file, but the logs show that its not
working (authenticated relay).
