I put the extra line in tcp.smtp file:
:allow,QMAILQUEUE="/var/qmail/bin/simscan"
And the simscan can scan e-mail from internet.

We currently are using qmail with simscan, but the simscan worked
for internal e-mails only. While receiving e-mails from internet
(external), simscan didn't work.
The tcp.smtp file contains:
127.:allow,RELAYCLIENT="",QMAILQUEUE="/var/qmail/bin/simscan"
10.0.0.:allow,RELAYCLIENT="",QMAILQUEUE="/var/qmail/bin/simscan"
10.0.1.:allow,RELAYCLIENT="",QMAILQUEUE="/var/qmail/bin/simscan"
10.0.2.:allow,RELAYCLIENT="",QMAILQUEUE="/var/qmail/bin/simscan"
10.0.3.:allow,RELAYCLIENT="",QMAILQUEUE="/var/qmail/bin/simscan"
Could anyone give the suggestion?
