No one is currently working on this. Nick usually adds distro support,
although his time has been limited recently. I could probably do it,
but I don't have the time to dedicate to it.

Any plans on when cooker will be incorporated, openssl 0.9.7 have not been
used for a while now, and even 2006 uses 0.9.8 which makes it impossible to
rebuild qmailtoaster on an updated 2006 distro..

You could try 'rpmbuild --rebuild --with mdk103 --nodeps package.rpm'
And when you install the package you could type 'rpm -Uhv --nodeps
package.rpm'
That may work, otherwise you'll have to wait until Mandriva 2007 support is
incorporated OR use one of the supported distros.
