Yea, everything seems to be fine. All packages are up to date, and I see log files correctly as per Erik's suggestion. It does mark some mail as spam, just on other it seems like it doesn't even try.
So I do believe it has to do with the "training" spam assassin - is this something we have to do manually or is almost-AI and learning on it's own? I skimmed over the spamassassin site and didn't see anything that stuck out.
