Everything else looks good. No need to restart qmail - it will pick up the new domain on the fly.

Oh, and regarding updating your backup / restore scripts, if you tell me what's different from QmailToaster *then* vs QmailToaster *now*, I can modify the scripts for us. *then* would be I guess somewhere when you last modified the script(s) to accomodate new features. But since I'm new to qmail[toaster], I have no perspective in this regard.

I still need to move my qmail to another machine...
I would do a test, but it should work. There is a line in the restore script that is commented out that will run the dotqmail2valias program, which will convert your old .qmail aliases to the new valias format. I used the script to move to a newer version when I wrote it myself.
