I send out mailings several times weekly to a total of close to a half
million emails on an opt-in list. This is all handled without a hitch.
It is not a qmail problem. Note that I am using a Dual-Zeon 3.0 Ghz
system (Dell PowerEdge SC1425). It barely even registers on the CPUs.
I would, however advise you to watch for spam bouncebacks from AOL. If
those AOL customers are hitting the SPAM button on email that come from
your machine, the IP could be blacklisted.
