I finally found the answer to my problem I put
x.x.x.:allow,RELAYCLIENT="",RBLSMTPD=""
to my tcp.smtp file and rebuild it.

Yes, just enter the IP, and format it just like the 127. entry, but
leave off the RELAYCLIENT option. The rebuild the cdb.
Also, you must have the date set wrong on your machine, or on your mail
server. all of your emails are 6 days in the future. You'll want to fix
this.
