I'm having a problem getting subject installed.

make test had returned bad status, won't install without force
In summary, it appears that all failures start are related to one thing:
"This account is currently not available"
The rest of the message appears to be the same as what's expected by the
test. I don't know if that's a good thing or not.
Questions come to mind:
.) Which account is not currently available?
.) Is its unavailability temporary?
.) What is causing the failure?
The details listed for each failed test didn't mean much to me, and I
didn't notice anything that clued me in. I can post one (or two) of them
if someone thinks it might help.
One last question would be, is it safe (advisable) to force the install?
I'm afraid I'm down to that option, but it's troubling.
