I'm not 100% sure of the flow, but if RELAYCLIENT is set, it sets an
environment variable. Simscan is normally not used in that case. The
line I suggested to add to simcontrol (from what the documentation says)
should override that variable and force any emails for that specific
email to be run through the rest of simscan. I have not tested this, so
I cannot say for sure if it works or not. If you try it, please let us
know how it turned out!
