[qmailtoaster] Install problems

This is a new install on a new server. I am currently running toaster as a mail gateway for my exchange server on a very old computer that is starting to have hardware problems. I have come to a dead stop in the install process and am not sure what to look for. I am using CentOS 4.3 standard install for QT. Everything seems to be in order and I get no errors until I go to run cnt40-svcs.sh. When trying to run cnt40-svcs.sh I get the following:

Even thought I missed something on the install so I reinstalled and got the same problem. Any ideas? I checked MySql and it is running. I am still new to the linux world so any pointers would be great. Thanks,
