Finally,
I've got my qmailtoaster box set up as the mail server for company2.com I
can send and receive, all is well.
I've also got the same qmailtoaster box set up to take inbound mail that is
destined for company1.com and pass it along to the exchange server. It has
also been tested... Mail is sent from [EMAIL PROTECTED] to [EMAIL PROTECTED]
and things seem to work fine.
Now... What do I need to do to make sure that the qmailtoaster box takes the
incoming mail that is destined for company1.com and "washes" it free of spam
and viruses?
Once the configuration is completed... are there tests I can run to verify
that it is happening?
You can look at the header of the messages and see if it was getting
scanned or not, and what rules were applied to give it a score. For
example, here's part of the header that came through my system from the
message the list sent to me for your message:
X-Spam-Level:
X-Spam-Status: No, score=0.2 required=5.0 tests=AWL,SARE_SUB_OBFU_Q1
autolearn=no version=3.1.3
