Were a small ISP here and I want to allow our clients to use my toaster as
their smtp since we are providing them internet connection.

have essentially an open relay configured in this manner. Remove

your right eric local mails should not be scanned with spamassassin but
if a.a.a.a and b.b.b.b tried to send to other domains spamassassin will
not scanned...is this ok ?

This is the way it's supposed to work. RELAYCLIENT should be set for
local clients only, which for most people doesn't need to be checked for
spam. What do you have in tcp.smtp?
