There is a nice plugin for Squirrelmail called SA-SQL which saves per users spamassassin config in a MySQL table, and has a config page for each user with white/black lists, spam scores and so on.

Im currently trying to integrate it into my QmailToaster, if anyone has some tips that would be great!

I agree. However, what I'd like to do is set up some sort of web interface
that will let me add blacklists, whitelists, rbl's, rules and other neat
little gimmicky things to show the client.

I'll be glad to... Is there a wiki feature that will let me upload a visio
(or an exported .jpg of a visio)?
