i have the very same configuration, and the very same issue :)  i
resolve it by disabling chkuser in tcp.smtp for the rollernet.us mail
servers, like so:

208.11.75.2:allow,SPFBEHAVIOR="1",QMAILQUEUE="/var/qmail/bin/simscan"
216.90.171.2:allow,SPFBEHAVIOR="1",QMAILQUEUE="/var/qmail/bin/simscan"

(these of course go above your final :allow line)

this way mail forwarded from rollernet still gets scanned and tagged
appropriately.  i do get a lot of spam forwarded through rollernet;
while it's useful for training my filter, i'm thinking of paying for
their advanced anti-spam services.

not sure this is necessarily the best or only way to solve the
problem, but it's been working acceptably for me so far.
