Your MX record is wrong. Change the line to look like this:
"v=spf1 a mx ptr -all"
Add a second txt line that looks as follows:
mydomain.net descriptive text "spf2.0/mfrom a mx ptr
mx:mail10.mydomain.net mx:mail11.mydomain.net mx:mail12.mydomain.net
-all"
Give hotmail a second shot. As for Yahoo, you may have to set up DomainKeys.
