you can blacklist using -r, but you can whitelist using -a too....
 
I don't recommend using sorbs either... you'll be whitelisting all the mailservers which don't have proper reverse dns with them!

I don't know of another solution (but that doesn't mean there isn't one).
See http://wiki.qmailtoaster.com/index.php/QTP_Features for a recommended
list of RBLs for use with the toaster. I notice that sorbs.net isn't on the
list. Which RBLs are you using?
